New Lows, the full-length debut by House of Feelings, updates classic house grooves with lyrical introspection and elements of pop songcraft, while featuring vocal contributions from some of the most distinctive voices in contemporary music—including Alyse Lamb (Parlor Walls), Shamir, and Strange Names’ Liam Benzvi (Soft Ethnic).

The result is a collection of “immaculate dance tracks” (Stereogum). Featured repeatedly in the final season of Comedy Central’s Broad City, the record explores modern anxieties against an exuberantly rhythmic backdrop, in songs that forever toe the line between tension and catharsis.

Released in 2018 as part of Joyful Noise Recordings’ White Label Series, the vinyl version features liner notes from contributor Meredith Graves. 1 of 500 hand-numbered copies pressed.
